Because cigars are a perishable, age-restricted, and regulated product, we handle returns and refunds carefully. This policy explains what to expect if something isn't right with your order.
Due to the nature of tobacco products, all sales are final once an order has shipped, except in the cases described below. We are unable to accept returns of opened humidors, cut or smoked cigars, or products that have left our climate-controlled storage, as we cannot guarantee their condition upon return.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at KED@kedcigars.com or (347) 827-8202 with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, where confirmed, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Approved refunds are issued using the same method used for the original purchase. For orders paid by bank transfer or check/money order, refunds are returned via bank transfer to the originating account or by company check, and may take 5–10 business days to process. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can typically accommodate changes before an order ships; once shipped, our standard return terms above apply.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to a failed age or ID verification at the point of delivery, or that are refused by the recipient, may be subject to a restocking fee to cover return shipping and handling.
